CPA’s Guide to Life Insurance

New BISK CPEasy™ CPE Self-Study Course
Author/Moderator: Lance Wallach, CLU, CHFC, CIMC
Publisher: AICPA
Introduction
The CPA faces a daunting series of roles—those of advisor, practitioner, and consumer. Life insurance can be a powerful tool; improperly wielded, it can lead to malpractice.

The authors hope this text effectively introduces the advisor to basic and also more complex concepts, enabling the advisor to appropriately counsel clients, or at least spot pitfalls and client opportunities. Similarly, the authors hope the practitioner who is licensed and sells insurance is aware of the myriad options available and which best help the client. Finally, the authors hope the CPA as consumer gains an understanding of the important concepts that can help the CPA on a personal level.

This text and corresponding video was a daunting challenge—how to encapsulate the complex field of life insurance and its applications into an understandable and useful reference. The authors hope this was accomplished.

Certified Public Accountants are the ones who deal with different accounting services for companies, people and other industries. Becoming a CPA brings a lot of challenges from completing such requirements to the renewal of your CPA license. This is the reason why lots of online providers have emerged to lessen the hassle in going to different certification schools to enroll or getting certification requirements from state boards or departments. Thanks to online courses and we you now take it anywhere you want at your preferred time. For example you’re currently in Florida and you want to take your CPE for Texas, you don’t need to travel back to Texas just to take this renewal course. What you only need is to seatback and take your Texas CPA courses for CPE with the convenience of your home or office.
